Schoolchildren in Plymouth have celebrated the opening of their ‘Premier’ polytunnel with the help of The Allotment Project.

The 10ft wide x 30ft long polytunnel was set up on a community plot near Laira Green Primary School, in Laira, Plymouth. The joint project between the school and the community aims to educate the pupils on where food comes from and how to grow their own. It will also teach adults in the community about what the pupils learn.

On Monday 14th July, our construction team built this steel polytunnel frame to support this beautiful wisteria archway in a customer's garden.

Polytunnels... not just for growing in, but also for growing over! (Sort of).
