Delivery is FREE for all orders with a value of more than £100. 

For orders of £100 or less, there will be a Delivery charge of £10.

Offshore

Offshore destinations in Great Britain will incur a Delivery surcharge.

If you live within these areas and are interested in any of our products, please feel free to contact us for a quotation.

Very Small Orders

If you would like to place a very small order, please feel free to contact us as we may be able to offer a smaller charge for postage.

Very small orders include items such as one roll of Repair Tape or Anti Hot Spot Tape.

Dispatch Lead Time

Garden Polytunnels, Cloches and Fruit Cages - currently dispatched in 2-3 working days. 

Commercial Polytunnels and Sheep Houses - currently dispatched in 5 working days.

Polytunnel covers and accessories - currently dispatched in 2-3 working days.

Please Note: Delivery is made by a national courier and we recommend that customers are at the delivery address on the day of delivery.

Premier Polytunnels offer a 28-day “No Quibble, Money Back” Guarantee.

Please inform us by calling 01282 811250 or emailing info@premierpolytunnels.co.uk if you change your mind for any reason and wish to return any goods.

All customers will receive a full refund under the following conditions:

• You must inform us that you wish to return the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• You must return the goods to us within another 14 days.
• The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

All goods should be returned at the customer's expense. Goods should be returned to: Premier Polytunnels Ltd, Factory Lane, Off Pasture Lane, Barrowford, Lancashire, BB9 6ES.
