Premier Polytunnels
30ft (9.15m) Wide Sheep House
30ft (9.15m) Wide Sheep House
The 30ft wide Sheep House Polytunnel is the largest in the range, offering expansive internal space for big flocks, equipment, or multi-use farm operations. With a high-tensile galvanised steel frame, heavy duty 800 gauge black/white polythene cover, and ventilation netting, it provides maximum protection, durability, and functionality.
*Due to the size of this structure, the foundation tubes must be concreted in position.*
Need help selecting a size? See our Choosing Your Polytunnel Size guide.
A Sheep House Polytunnel uses a heavy duty, 800 gauge/200 micron polythene cover, which is white on the inside to give a cool, light interior, and black on the outside to be more aesthetically pleasing in a rural environment. This polythene cover has a 5-year warranty against UV degradation and can be expected to last for 10 years and more.

As standard, this sheep house polytunnel is supplied with foundation tubes that must be concreted into a soil/diggable base.
If building your sheep house on a hard standing/concrete base, Base Plates are required in place of foundation tubes.
FOR FIXING POLYTUNNELS TO A CONCRETE BASE.
These are used to replace foundation tubes when fixing a polytunnel to hard standing, such as concrete or flags. Loose bolts are supplied for fixing and the polytunnel framework simply slots into position.
Base plate kits are also supplied with angle brackets and loose bolts for fixing timber door posts to the ground.
If purchasing base plates, base rails MUST always be used.

Here it is... the solution to collecting rainwater from your sheep house polytunnel.
With more than 35 years experience in the industry, we have used our expertise to bring you a water collection system for your polytunnel.
Designed in-house by our highly skilled and experienced team, and integrated into our polytunnel design, these gutters are designed to be used in conjunction with timber side rails. A gutter carrier is screwed to the timber rails and the gutters simply slot into place. A stop end slots into the gutter at one end or, if you prefer, you can position the stop end at any point along the gutter and collect water at each end of your tunnel.
Long-lasting and aesthetically pleasing, our polytunnel gutters require no maintenance other than clearing them of debris occasionally.
Collecting rainwater is an easy, cost effective way of ensuring you can always keep watering.
This kit is a polytunnel gutter only, designed to be used in conjunction with a Timber Side Rail Kit.

Hoops & Foundations
The polytunnel hoops and foundation tubes are manufactured with 60mm diameter Z35 high tensile galvanised steel.
Due to the size of this structure, the foundation tubes must be concreted in position when building on a soil/diggable base.
Triple Ridge
Three ridges - manufactured with 38mm diameter Z35 high tensile galvanised steel - run down the length of the roof, attached to the underside of the hoops.
One ridge is set in the centre, with the others positioned either side of the curved roof, adding essential longitudinal strength to this large structure.
Corner & Roof Stabilisers
Diagonal corner stabilisers are supplied at each corner and are manufactured from 38mm diameter Z35 high tensile galvanised steel.
Roof stabilisers are also supplied at each end and are also manufactured from 38mm diameter steel.
Timber Door Frames
Supplied as standard with a timber door/end frame at each end, with an opening of 16ft wide x approx 7ft high.
Two lintel stabilisers, manufactured from 38mm diameter Z35 high tensile galvanised steel, are also supplied at each end - These angle down from the second hoop to the timber door frame lintel.
Timber Base Rails, Side Rails & Ventilation Netting
Each side of the sheep house is supplied with timber base rails at ground level and timber side rails positioned at approx 1m high. Between these rails, ventilation netting is fitted to allow natural ventilation and continuous airflow, while also providing a 50% reduction in wind.
Anti Hot Spot Tape
Anti Hot Spot Tape is a self-adhesive foam tape that is placed on the steel hoops, helping to prolong the life of the polythene cover by preventing cover degradation from friction and the built up heat on the frame.
Black/White Polythene Cover
Supplied as standard is a heavy duty, 800 gauge/200 micron Black/White polythene cover with a 5-year warranty against UV degradation.
Advice & Guides
How to build
Your Sheep House
One of the most common questions we are asked by our customers is: "Will I be able to construct my own polytunnel?"
The answer is yes, you will! Building a sheep house polytunnel really is a two person job, so why not invite a friend to join you and get stuck in.
