Premier Polytunnels are proud to be the ONLY polytunnel company to offer an out of hours Construction Advice Helpline, 7 days a week until 9pm - If you have any queries or questions when building your 'Premier' polytunnel, we are only a telephone call away with all the answers.

We also offer a Call Back service via our website, allowing you to request a call back from a member of our Sales team at a time suitable to yourself, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Customers can create a personal account on our website, which allows you to view the status of your orders, and view and update your account details. To keep you fully updated regarding the status of your orders, our dedicated Dispatch team will also contact you by e-mail (or telephone, if requested) to advise you once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.
